  Carefully pack your items in their original MOVA-GLOBAL boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
